2. Develop the right mindset

Any business, irrespective of its nature, requires a proper mindset of an individual to succeed. For Taylor, her real estate mindset was a result of Guru Ryan Serhant’s books, “Big Money Energy” and “Sell it Like Serhant”. She has read and listened to both of these books multiple times over the past few years, and consequently, was able to establish a productive mindset in terms of building a real estate business. Thus, Taylor recommends both of these books to anyone who is looking to establish a right mindset to succeed in life and not just in the real estate and sales business since the books aim to flourish one’s perspective towards life while providing meaningful takeaways. 

3. Think out of the box 

The most important requirement in running a real estate business is to think out of the box. Since a real estate agent needs to do everything possible to satisfy their clients, they must be able to produce new ideas and come up with unique ways to sell a seller’s house or help a buyer search a home. Therefore, opting for conventional ways might not be a solution in every scenario, which is why Taylor advises every real estate agent out there to always think out of the box, and go above and beyond for their clients.
