Hard work is the only remedy, but there are other mantras to success that lead an individual towards professional strength. Although hard work is a lifelong virtue that must remain with a successful individual, one should always stick by the 3 Ps- perspire, practice, and persevere. To follow the 3 Ps is to give in one’s 100% and to stay true to oneself is crucial as well. As nothing comes easily in life, Shubh Agrawal mentions the significance of practicing one’s skills throughout in order to maintain one’s talent and hone it over time.

4. DRIVING AWAY DISTRACTIONS

Millennials have been raised in an environment that is full of distractions.
