“One day, I got out of bed and decided that I wanted more in life, so I followed a step-by-step process to build my life by design. These steps were important to me and included things like developing a morning routine and creating a vision board with all the goals I wanted to achieve within a reasonable amount of time. Next, I started to focus on putting a stop to any bad habits that I had,” shared Kay Jenkins. “I’ve made changes to my daily routine and have used manifestation affirmations to uplift myself even on the most challenging of days. It didn’t take long for me to see progress from my efforts. The purpose of my coaching guide program is to help others get on the right path while giving them the daily motivation and inspiration they need to keep challenging themselves to do better. I touch on many important topics, answer different questions, and provide encouragement throughout the program to help people achieve real results.”

Kay Jenkins wants to make sure people know that there’s nothing to be afraid of when starting the transformation process. “If you want to evolve into a better version of yourself, the best thing you can do is make changes to your everyday life. Start by putting a stop to your bad habits, focusing more on positivity, and developing a vision board consisting of all the things you want to do in life. I want to see others achieve success as I have through the steps I’ve taken to better myself and become the best version of myself,” said Jenkins. “I believe that if you want it badly enough, you’ll put the work into reaching goals and making your dreams come true. Is it going to be easy? Not all the time, no. Will it be worth it in the end? Absolutely. I’ve developed the Life by Design concept to help others design the life they want to live.”
